Outbound email
Email sequencer wired to the table that built the list
The list and the email sequence, a timed series of emails, stop being two products. You enroll rows straight from the table that built them, and each enrollment records who or what enrolled it.
Most email sequencers begin where your data ends: you export a CSV, upload it elsewhere, and the campaign drifts from your table. Here the sequence is bound to the table that built the list. Enrolling takes its rows, and each step's copy can use the row's text, number and yes/no columns.
A sequence is an ordered set of steps with its own senders, daily caps and sending window. Steps can be emails, HubSpot tasks, and either LinkedIn touches or WhatsApp messages, which need cold WhatsApp outreach turned on. Reply-stop, which ends a lead's steps when they answer, and the do-not-contact check run before each step.
Example searches
Ask for it the way you'd say it
Each example is a request in plain words, with what it returns underneath.
Cadence from a sourced table
enroll every row in my series A table into a four step email cadence
Enrollment takes the table's rows, skips LinkedIn profiles and companies on the do-not-contact list, and says why. A listed email address is caught before each send.
Draft with your own positioning
write a three step cold sequence for fintech ops leads in our own voice
Drafting reads the voice, brand and positioning pages you pinned and approved, and records each page's revision. Drafting does not read the rest of your wiki yet.
Stop on the first reply
stop the sequence for anyone who replies and show me their thread
A reply ends that lead's steps and cancels queued ones. The thread lands in Unibox, the shared inbox for every channel, linked to its sequence.
Plays
Three motions you can run this week
Each one is a chain of OXYGEN primitives: the same hosted objects your workspace already has, composed.
From sourced rows to a live cadence
A table of qualified leads becomes an enrolled sequence with no export step in between.
- 1Keep only rows with a verified address and a reason to write in the table, since enrollment takes every row.
- 2Create the sequence from a steps file bound to that table, attach senders, and read the preview before starting.
oxygen sequences createLet AI write the first draft
Opening steps carry your approved voice and positioning, not a generic pitch.
- 1Write and pin your voice, brand and positioning pages; each pin waits for your approval.
- 2Draft the sequence, which costs credits, then edit the steps by hand before attaching a sender.
oxygen sequences draftLet replies pick the winning version
Two versions of one step split the list; by default, the one with the lower reply rate pauses after 100 sends and 5 replies each.
- 1Add a second version to the step you want to test; each lead always gets the same one.
- 2Keep the automatic winner on, the default, and read each version's replies.

Capabilities
What you get
Enrollment instead of export
The table is the list: enrollment takes every row of the bound table not enrolled yet, and each lead links back to its row.
Limits in settings, not in prompts
Each mailbox has its own daily cap and a ramp-up that starts new inboxes at 5 emails a day. The sequence sets the sending window and gap between sends. Bounce protection pauses a mailbox that bounces too often.
One person across channels
A sender profile ties a person's inboxes, LinkedIn account and WhatsApp number to one name and photo, so a sequence that mixes channels reads as one sender.
Free to build, a plan to send
Writing steps, previewing and enrolling cost no credits; AI drafting does. Sending needs a connected mailbox, which needs a paid plan.
Boundaries
What Sequences does not own
Sequences decides and sends. Bodies, threads and replies live in Messages, which the shared inbox reads. Social posts belong to Posts and go out through Publishing.
Data sources
Data sources and CRM connections
InstantlySends a sequence's email steps through an Instantly campaign, on your own Instantly key.
SmartleadSingle approved actions in your Smartlead account, run on your own key.
SalesforgeRuns Salesforge's own sequences on your own key; its mailboxes never join OXYGEN's sending pool.
LemlistSingle approved actions in your Lemlist account, run on your own key.
HubSpotTask steps find or create the HubSpot record by exact match, such as email or domain, never name, then add a task.
Use managed credits where available, or connect a supported provider key on an eligible paid plan. Your provider bills its calls; OXYGEN adds a per-call platform fee. Signed-in CRM connections such as HubSpot have no per-call fee. Connected sending accounts reserve monthly credits. See pricing and supported integrations.
Limits
Where this stops
- Email steps bound to an Instantly campaign send from Instantly. OXYGEN does not receive that campaign's replies yet, so a reply there does not stop the sequence's other steps.
