For founders with a sales team

The GTM stack a founder shares with the sales team

You have sellers now, but the biggest deals still start with you. One workspace holds your network and the team's outreach, so a seller can take over an account you started, history included.

try

Founder-led growth breaks in a predictable place. The first fifty customers came from your network. The next fifty come from sellers, and they need a repeatable motion: sourcing, enrichment, deliverability, cadence, and reporting.

OXYGEN puts all of it in one workspace on one credit meter. Tables hold the working lists. Records hold the accounts, people, and deals that survive. Sequences own the sending, and Messages hold every reply across channels.

Who this is for
The founder or CEO of a company that sells to other businesses, with a proven offer. A GTM (go-to-market) team of two or more sellers works named accounts, and the founder still leads the largest deals.
What it looks like today
The founder's best leads sit in a personal inbox and LinkedIn messages, while the sellers work from a separate list. When an account changes hands, its history stays behind, and the seller starts cold.
What changes
The list, the CRM, the cadence and the replies sit in one workspace for the whole team. Each account keeps its timeline and a named owner, so the history survives a handover. A daily budget can cap the team's spend.

Example searches

Ask for it the way you'd say it

Each example is a request in plain words, with what it returns underneath.

  • Lookalikes of your best customers

look at my three best customers and build a list of 200 companies that look like them

The shared size, countries and phrases become search filters you can read and change.

  • The right person, not the first person

for every company here find the person who owns this decision and a verified email

The table shows the title actually found at each account, not one forced label.

  • What is still waiting on you

show me every conversation i started last month and which ones are still waiting on an answer from me

Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp threads sit in one list with a status each, so the ones you dropped stay visible.

Plays

Three motions you can run this week

Each one is a chain of OXYGEN primitives: the same hosted objects your workspace already has, composed.

  • One outbound motion for the team

A verified list with an owner on every account. Sends spread across the sellers' mailboxes, not by owner.

    1. 1Pin your positioning and voice pages once so every draft reads the same source.
    2. 2Source, enrich and verify, give each account an owner, start the sequence.

  • Turn your network into pipeline

Your LinkedIn connections and profile viewers become accounts the team can work.

    1. 1Import connections and profile viewers into the workspace.
    2. 2Promote the ones that fit, give each an owner, and enroll at a human pace.

  • One inbox for what comes back

Replies across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp triaged in one place.

    1. 1Read the merged inbox and set a status per conversation.
    2. 2Log the outcome so the funnel view stays honest.

Capabilities

What you get

  • One tool instead of the usual five

Sourcing, enrichment, the CRM, sequences, the inbox, and reporting run on one database and meter.

  • A workspace your assistant can drive

The MCP server lets an AI assistant such as Claude use OXYGEN. It and the command line (CLI) expose the same actions as the web app, so you can check in the browser what your assistant did.

  • Spend you can see and cap

Paid actions show what they cost, and a daily or monthly budget can cap what the team spends.

  • Start free, permanently

A new workspace gets 250 credits once at signup, no card and no clock. The CRM stays free, and so does building workflows and agents; workflow tool steps and an agent's model calls draw credits.

Data sources

Data sources and CRM connections

  • People Data Labs

Company and people firmographics for a list matching the customers you already have.

  • Blitz API

Head of the work-email and phone chains, and the lane that keeps the pricier providers idle.

  • LeadMagic

A later lane in the work-email chain and the second in the phone chain, for contacts the cheaper lanes miss.

  • MillionVerifier

Grades every address the finder wrote, so a sequence does not learn about a bad domain by bouncing.

Use managed credits where available, or connect a supported provider key on an eligible paid plan. Your provider bills its calls; OXYGEN adds a per-call platform fee. Signed-in CRM connections such as HubSpot have no per-call fee. Connected sending accounts reserve monthly credits. See pricing and supported integrations.

Limits

Where this stops

  • Connecting a mailbox, a LinkedIn account or a WhatsApp number needs a paid plan. Each connected account reserves a flat monthly amount of credits, listed on the pricing page. Setting up the list is free; sourcing, enrichment and AI columns draw credits.
  • Past activity comes only from what you connect. A Google mailbox brings its mail into the merged inbox, and its business contacts and email activity into the CRM. A Microsoft mailbox connects for sending only, for now.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

I am not technical. Can I run this?
Yes. You can work in the web app with an Oxygent, OXYGEN's in-app AI agent. Describe the outcome in plain words and it does the work, with each step and its cost on record.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing, and there is no clock. A new workspace gets 250 credits once at signup with no card. Building the workspace and importing your contacts stay free, enrichment and AI columns draw on that balance, and connecting a mailbox to send needs a paid plan, from $49. After onboarding, chatting with an Oxygent needs a plan too.
Do I have to move my CRM?
No. Records is a real CRM if you want one, and it syncs with the CRMs OXYGEN connects to, both ways or one way depending on the CRM. You can keep yours and let OXYGEN own outbound.
How do I avoid burning my domain?
Buy the sending infrastructure where you buy everything else. Domains, mailboxes, warmup, and monitoring set up together, and pause on bounces.
What if my assistant spends money?
It cannot spend off the record. Tool authority and spend authority are separate: paid steps draw on your prepaid balance and every cost is recorded. A daily or monthly budget can cap spend, and switching your Oxygent chat from Auto-approve to Ask for approval makes larger steps wait for you.
Can a seller take over an account I started?
Yes. Make the seller the owner of the account and its open deals. Its research and timeline of sends, replies and meetings stay on the record. The seller starts from what happened instead of asking you. A sequence already running keeps its original sender.

Put your GTM motion on one stack

Sign up free with a one-time credit grant, and an in-app AI agent researches your company and proposes your first plays. Pick a plan, and it sources the buyers, writes the sequence, and enrolls them. Connect the mailbox or LinkedIn account it sends from, and it is ready to send.
